After Malcolm loses his girlfriend Kisha possessed in a car accident shortly after the first film, he meets and falls for Megan, a white single mother of two. As it moves into a new home with the family, Malcolm discovers bizarre paranormal events that surround children and property. To complicate matters, a Kisha back-to-death moves in across the street, and there is nothing worse than the scorn of a small ex-demon friend.
